Executive Assistant to GM - BWP
- Provide personal assistance to the GM to ensure all communications are dealt with timely
- Act as first point for both internal and external parties who wish to contact or meet the GM*
- Manage the GM's diary and schedules
- Arrange meetings as directed by the GM
- Provide documentation support to the* GM
- Assist the GM in making his travel arrangements
- Provide administrative support to other consultants
- Perform all ad-hoc tasks delegated by the GM
