Warehouse Supervisor - Quattro Trading & Service
• Oversee the receipt and dispersal of materials entering or leaving warehouse; help storekeepers with this task when required.
• Overseeing stock control and processing orders
• Supervise computer operations & operating mechanical and IT systems
• Liaising with customers and other departments
• Maintaining statistical and financial records
• Planning & Managing WH budgets
• Ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met
• Administering stock control
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met;
• Training staff and monitoring their performance and progress;
• Communicating with other departments, staff groups and customers;
• Take periodic inventories and participate in monthly inventory program.
• Check with staff for changes that could affect delivery schedule; make schedule adjustments needed
• Oversee, Supervise and participate in storeroom operations.
• Approve requisitions, analyzes work orders, etc.
• Operate The movement of vehicles
