- Supervising in coordination with the Financial controller the daily operations / invoicing / cash handling
- Personal involvement in reducing Debts collection.
- Collection follow up
- Supervision of inventory operations. (Monitoring a stock control procedure).
- Various administrative correspondences
- Price list control +margins
- Supervision of expired and slow movement items.
- Selected visits to CNSS, customers offices or and others
- JV’s Verification (Signature): Random Check of sequential JV + Monitoring the weekly print out and the signature routing.
- Supervising transportation operations under a daily schedule of :( Company vehicles, Third parties, Fuel consumption etc…)
- Follow up and right allocation of sales incentive program under our ERP system according to set targets from Management. (Checking invoice + related payment + implementing the agreed schedule).
- Dealing With banks, Audit firm, local tax authorities
- Monthly closing operations
