- Developing and implementing human resources policies and strategies according to HQ of Pa?abahçe Glassware CO.
- Taking roll in implementing all HR systems to the Pa?abahçe Egypt plant; performance management, recruitment, head count budgeting, travel expenses etc.
- Taking role in all steps in designing, development, implementation and administration of the Compensation & Benefits related policies and procedures (including finding the optimal providers, taking offers and making the contracts with the provider companies)
- Prepares regular reports, analyzes them and follow up the actions accordingly
