Inventory Controller - The Blue Group - Qatar

? Supervising inventories based on company requirements, with investigation, correct count, inventory discrepancies work out.
? Maintain accurate count of all merchandise on the sale floor, strong focus on receiving, identifies. Planning for operational and compliance field work audits.
? Audits the receiving of inventory, summary report daily audits, and item signs to ensure accurate description.
? Follow proper confidentiality, safety and security procedures and standards, provides prompt and courteous member service.
? Issue periodic reports to the senior audit committee summarizing results of audit activities. Keep the senior audit committee informed of emerging trends and successful practices in internal auditing.
? Communication, member service, self-motivated, team player flexibility, record of satisfactory job performance… Answer phone and assist callers
? Assist in preparation for biannual warehouse inventory and audit results.
? Guide the institution on control self-assessment by assisting managers with risk self-assessment and conducting self-audit.
? Communicating the results of audits and consulting projects via written reports to senior auditor.
? Assisting in determining the nature of operations and evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of the operational management controls
? Reviewing documents, developing and administering surveys, composing summary memos and preparing working papers
? Controlling company assets, fixtures, furniture, conducting stock count for all material. Managing all the movement by system. In proper manner.
? Keep thing to be confidentiality, safe and well secure, handle the situation by case wise, provides prompt response and courteous member services.
? Assist in other departments of the warehouse and necessary. Administration staff employees.
? Master Data verify, purchase order investigation.
? Adhere to the company policies - follow inventory manual desired jobs.
