As a Bid Management Specialist you will…
• Support the Bid Management team with back-office / administrative tasks involving case log files, MoMs,other documentation and MIS
• Opportunity Routing: Support Bid Management team with routine reporting and communication with stakeholders i.e. MoM for Triage, Opportunity Scoring matrix, SOAR/EDRA MoMs.
• Performance mapping: Support Bid Management team with updating Opportunity Log and tracking proposal to win/lose by segment
• Performance reporting: Sharing weekly MIS with Senior Manager Commercial Ops covering Bid management cases reviewed vs proposals shared vs win/lose
• Adhoc analysis of 1SF data and customer level performance
