    Chief Financial Officer - Madar Group

    Providing all services related to financial affairs, including financial services, to the various departments of the company, in order to help them perform their functions and increase their efficiency and effectiveness:


    - Maintaining the assets and properties of the company, following up on them, and opening record documents to monitor the movement of fixed assets.


    - Preparing financial reports to analyze the results of the company’s financial activities to be compared against the company’s plans and estimated budgets, and providing senior management with the necessary suggestions and recommendations.


    - Carrying out all financial affairs and financial services, including company accounts, revenues and expenses, to guide and coordinate company activities, to ensure the effectiveness of performance, to achieve balanced allocation between different functions, and to consider all issues that appear in this regard.


    - Implementing the regulations, rules, decisions and instructions related to financial affairs while also circulating and explaining them to all other departments in the company, in order to ensure transparency of the financial practices of the company.


    - Participating in committees and meetings related to the fields of financial management, such as periodic and coordinative meetings, as well as procurement committees, in order to facilitate the work of these committees and enable them to fulfill their objectives.


    - Liaising and coordinating with governmental and non-governmental entities related to the company’s financial activities and affairs, and exchanging data and information in accordance with the rules and instructions.


    - Coordinating with other departments in the company through meetings and periodic communications in order to determine their financial needs and provide these to enable the completion of their work.


    - Participating with the Computer Department in identifying all of their needs relating to the activity of management, in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the management.


    - Participating in preparing the estimated budget, coordinating the control of the company’s expenses, studying the negative and positive deviations from the estimated budgets, and submitting periodic reports on these deviations to the person of authority.


    - Proposing appropriate solutions to management in regards to liquidity and increasing revenues.


    - Following up with the actual spending, maintaining sufficient funds in all current accounts to meet the checks issued, and coordinating with banks on the scheduling of transfers and overdrafts.


    - Issuing instructions to close the accounts before the end of the financial year, forming the necessary committees, preparing the approvals on payable and receivable balances, current bank accounts and investment accounts, and submitting these instructions to the person of the authority to approve them.


    - Preparing the final accounts for the company and approving them from the owner.


    - Providing guidance and recommendations to all the administrative units of the company in all financial matters and addressing all problems in this regard.


    - Updating and organizing records, data and statistics related to the activities of the management and maintaining them, utilizing the technical capabilities in filing them, and providing the competent authorities with reports, information and data in accordance with the rules and instructions.


    - Determining the management needs of manpower, equipment and tools and following up on their availability.


    - Preparing periodic reports on the achievements of management and proposals for performance development, and submitting them to the General Manager.


    - Carrying out all other tasks assigned that are related to the company's financial activities.
