Associate Director - Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority
- Prepare long term financial projections and strategies for the organization by developing forecasts, analyzing variances and identifying enhancement actions.
- Build and maintain strong rapport with colleagues across various levels in the organization
- Complete adhoc investigations into the activities of the company to determine profitability and develop strong guidelines for profitability of the organization.
- Manage all financial aspects of Investments and joint ventures of the organization.
- Lead the negotiations of loans and other facilities’ terms with banks and financial institutions.
- Advise the Management on excess funds and arrange for Short-Term Fixed Deposits.
- Oversee and monitor banking activities and business insurance plans of the organization.
- Support with compliance to local and international standards, laws and regulations including adhoc projects relating to IFRS.
- Identify new funding and investment opportunities, draft prospective programmatic budgets, and determine cost effectiveness of prospective service delivery.
