Our client is now recruiting for a Data Engineer
Position Purpose
• Data Engineer takes care of the current data pipelines and create new ones as per agency requirements.
• Data Engineer deals with the code and with the analytics teams of the agencies, prioritizing tasks in an autonomous way.
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
• Problem Solving
o Finding solutions to problems (small / big, data inconsistency, delays,…) and creative ways of overcome obstacles and deliver on project/ task objectives and deadlines
• Proactive research and suggestion of various types of approaches
• Considers more than one solution to a problem
• Is not fazed by obstacles or difficulties and deals directly with the issue to ensure continued progress
• Consistently applies logic and problem solving methods to develop solutions; gathers all available information and proactively asks clarifying questions to fully understand issues; is comfortable forming own recommendations without relying on supervisors; looks beyond the obvious and doesn't stop at the first answers
• Project Management
o Takes full ownership ("A-Z") of assigned project (or assigned part) ensuring the best quality delivered in given timelines (monitors/sets milestones, deadlines, workload)
• Setting clear objectives for him/herself to ensure that deadlines are always met
• Accurately scoping out length and difficulty of own tasks and projects
• Prioritization of workload to ensure important and urgent tasks are always completed to deadline

o Be commercially aware and able to confidently support agency teams in meetings with existing and potential clients through your subject matter expertise and the use of right and relevant business language.
