Recruitment Assistant - Gastronomica Careers

With Gastronomica’s expansion into the GCC, we are now requiring a talented recruiter to join our team based in Kuwait. Working closely with the Recruitment Manager, this is a great opportunity for you to grow and build your recruitment skills amongst some of the best brands in Kuwait.

Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, your responsibilities will include

  • Planning, assisting and coordinating recruitment events.
  • Writing and posting job advertisements on a variety of relevant job boards.
  • Sourcing suitable candidates for entry – mid level corporate and operational vacancies.
  • Sourcing, reviewing and screening CVs.
  • Updating and maintaining Recruitment & Onboarding trackers.
  • Updating and maintaining Recruitment Database/ATS.
  • Liaising with candidates regarding Recruitment and Onboarding processes.
  • Preparing offer letter and contracts.
  • Assisting with the day to day operations of recruitment.

To be successful in this role, you would have worked as a recruiter within the GCC and have an understanding of Restaurant operations. Your strong understanding of GCC labour laws, job boards, linkedin and the recruitment process are essential. As is your intermediate knowledge of word and excel.

You will be a highly organized, planned and dynamic person who has the ability to adapt quickly to any given situation. Your confident verbal communication together with your excellent written communication will be highly regarded.
