    Faul Reporting Centre Operator - FMM / Ferrovial

    As a FRC Operator you will have to respond internal and external customer telephone requests, dispatch Corrective Maintenance (CM) Work Orders within limited time to the Maintenance Department, record and update CM data into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and archive CM Work Orders hard copies in a easily retrievable manner.



    • Dispatch Corrective Maintenance WO to respective maintenance departments within time limits
    • Record data by inputting text based and numerical information from CM WO using Oracle system
    • Update the CM WO status when receiving feedback from maintenance team
    • Review data for deficiencies or errors jointly with Operations, correct any incompatibilities and check outputs from the system on a daily basis to ensure accuracy
    • Prepare daily reports to show CM WO evolution
    • Archive CM WO hard copies in a proper way to be easily retrievable when required by internal or external clients
    • Receive incoming calls from HIA FRC and internal FMM departments
    • Provide assistance to customer queries
    • Follow up critical CM WO and any request from Operations or client
    • Monitor Pest Control, FOD and Property Damaged issues
    • Escalate incidents and accidents as per HSEQ procedures
    • Achieve the CM Key Performance Indicators stablished by the client
    • Support the training of new FRC Operators


    • Ensuring a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance and general cleanliness to comply with statutory and Company regulations.
    • Reporting data to line manager and following client/company guidelines with regards to the identification and reporting of health and safety hazards and complying with all Company & Client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices
    • Attend the HSEQ training sessions
    • Report any accident, incident, near miss or health event at work and request the staff under them to do the same
    • Follow the rules and regulations from the client and from FMM’s HSEQ Management System. For that, you are supposed to get familiar with them by attending the trainings you are invited to and by reading the documents provided to you.
    • Comply with tool boxes prepared by HSEQ Department
