    - Deliver on the HR Transformation successfully in the cluster
    - Responsible for the EDM, Payroll and leave administration work stem
    - Ensure adherence to process of HR, managers and employees
    - Responsible for data quality of employees in SAC, preparation and sign off FTE
    - Reports and reporting data wherever required
    - Responsible for employee data in SAB, maintained by e-Forms (new joiner’s off-boarding, compensation & benefit changes, wage type, etc.)
    - Responsible of preparing and deliver monthly FTE reports.
    - Data reports prepared when needed.
    - Responsible for HR administration and all processes within HR
    - Transformation in the cluster, this include payroll as the key, leaves, salary letters, pro coordination and any audit request
    - Responsible for payroll coordination and delivery
    - Responsible for leave administration updated and kept monthly
    - Responsible for LTA reimbursements in April payroll and through the year for new joiners
    - Responsible of fingerprint tracing
    - Responsible for loans and all payments related
    - Responsible for over- time calculation
    - Responsible for salary deduction
    - Ensures salary reviews, Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) and Global Incentive Plan is reimbursed to employee via payroll SIP file correctly updated and delivered within timeline
    - Committed to companywide safety measures
    - Performs any other duties as directed by the HR Manager and its designee
