Avaya IVR Developer - cgc
The IVR Developer will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining IVR applications for Avaya customers, focusing on Java development and Avaya Orchestration Designer - Eclipse.
- Designing the breakdown of the requirements and workflow of the application.
- Reviewing and finalizing IVR architecture and design
- Working with Avaya Experience Portal platform and developing interactive*voice response applications with Avaya Orchestration Designer (Eclipse).
- Programming and developing applications using Java programming language.
- Utilizing custom Java codes in the IVR development based on the business*requirements document.
- Managing and administrating sequential based databases.
- Integrating voice Java applications with customer provided web services.
- Testing the provided test cases on a modular level.
- Handling all service delivery tasks related to Java containers.
- Applying redundancy measures in the environment.
- Troubleshooting system issues and applying the fixes.
- Handling all required tasks related to Operating systems.
- Using Avaya DevConnect portal and handling the development based on Avaya*recommendations.
- Integrating IVR applications with Avaya AES throught Avaya SDKs.
- Doing all research needed to provide new functionalities based on the business*requirements document.
