Accountant (Account Receivable) - Fawaz Trading & Engineering Services Co. W.L.L.
Account receivable Accountant (7 Years’ Experience, Age not more than 30)
Direct Supervisor: Assistant finance manager
Must be Arabic Speaker and his IQAMA Should Be Transferable
- Control and supervision of for sales Department
- Review and sign the Sale order and make sure it's compliant with the Sales policies.
- Issuing and reviewing the sales invoices and matching the selling prices with the approved price list and sales orders and follow the procedures for doing so.
- Joint work with the treasury accountant in the preparation of requests to receive payments from customers
- Working together with the sales department in collecting debts from customers and providing them with customers statement and tracking their collection on time
- Match customer balances monthly and check any differences and submit them to direct supervisor
- Joint work with the cost accountant in determining the prices and credit limit of the products and drawing up the necessary reports
- Monitoring the credit limit of customers and the provision for doubtful debts and reporting thereon
- Joint work with the financial accountant to register and confirm the recording of sales invoices in the accounting system
- Participate in the preparation of annual estimated budgets
