Feeding Manager - Rawaj Co. for Recruitment
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the feed operations (supply and warehouse management), personnel and site in a manner that meets the commercial requirements of the business whilst maximizing efficiency, service, quality, health and safety on a best cost framework.
Ensure to follow and manage the feeding program, which enables the stock and delivery of feed of consistently satisfactory at minimum cost. Demonstrate leadership and motivation together with the creation of a team that readily accepts responsibility and ownership. Ensure all cattle on a timely basis be certain they are receiving adequate feed. Becertain clean water is available* at all times. Be certain lots and barns are
cleaned daily by routinely check freshening area. Take any necessary feed or forage samples for nutrient* testing. Maintain all equipment as prescribed by manufacturer’s suggestions.
