Job Details- Develop Standard Operating Procedures for IT Department
- Implement and manage systems to :-
- Record work done by all departments
- Record and analyse IT related items
- Ensure Warranty work is reimbursed
- Investigation and analysis into repeat jobs
- Monitor Accident Records, analyse & recommend disciplinary action if appropriate
- Track exceptional / extraordinary repairs
- Do daily reports
- Scheduling and recording of preventive maintenance to equipment
- Implement and manage IT matters for office and factory
- Attend to correspondence
- Implementation of IT administration processes
- Arrange training courses from needs analysis through actual course to award of certificates etc.
- Facilitate all MAN-TiB IT network administration tasks and projects
- Update antivirus, (protect computers & network from intruders and hackers)
- Implement and maintain ISO standards
- Update protocol books – MIS Production Module
- Monitor and assist with data entry
- Protocol book, manufacturers certificates & dispatch voucher printing
- Maintain filing of Protocol Books, Manufacturers certificates & Dispatch Vouchers
- Supervise activities related to IT
- lan and establish schedules and monitor performance
- Keep abreast of IT developments to ensure SAMCO IT effectiveness
- Maintain time and attendance records
- Assist in all administration work whenever required
- Organise and control training room
- Preserve and service office and factory automation equipment .
