Job DetailsThe Legal Director will be responsible to handle all internal/external legal related issues related to SAEI and to lead the legal department of the organization.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and assistance to the Legal Director, with respect to legal issues and business matters.
- Assess and approve affiliation of external lawyers.
- Involved partially in policy work and governance issues and will take the lead in the conduct of litigation arising from the company decisions.
- Provide advice on specific, discrete legal issues.
- Investigate legal claims and complaints made by or against the organization.
- Give advice on a broad range of legal and regulatory issues.
- Provide support in compliance related matters and risk management.
- Ensure high standards of confidentiality to sensitive information.
- Reporting to: CEO
