Maintenance Engineer - HVAC (Arab) - Al-Ta'adhod Trading & Contracting Group
Develop & implement relevant policies, best practices for areas of responsibility to support innovative, cost effective, highly differentiated delivery of services.
Responsible for establishing programs for preventative maintenance or managing maintenance issues or conduct building reports and reviews.
Monitor the PPM activities and ensure that all the PPM activities are completed as per the standard procedure and verifying onsite PPM activities as per SLA & KPI.
Establish and maintain quality assurance and safety programs and Ensured implementation of HSE requirements in the facilities Inspect the HVAC Equipment's and review its Operational Manuals and As Built Drawings for Projects & Retail Fit Out works as per the authorities requirements.
Function as a technical resource person for the operations of facility HVAC systems.
Schedule and update the PPM of assets A/C or Electrical & mechanical units and maintained the documents.
Conduct trouble-shoot, diagnose and repair the faulty operation of HVAC units like screw chillers , AHU , FCU , centrifugal pumps , ventilation fans and Package units.
Follow up with the Procurement and Contractor to get the Quotation and process the planned work to be done as per the scheduled program.
Perform regular evaluation and condition assessment of the facilities Prepare the monthly facilities reports.
Maintain the efficiency and good working conditions of the facilities.
Evaluate the work quality of the staff and other subordinates.
Coordinate with the upper management on work issues.
Provide support to ongoing projects whenever needed.
Carry out other tasks as directed by the management.
