ان يكون متمكن ولديه درايه متكامله في غرف التبريد والتجميد والتجميد السريع
للمصانع الغذائيه وصيانتها ولديه درايه كامله في نظام الكمبروسرات وانظمه التجميد والتبريد
• القيام بتنفيذ أعمال الصيانة اليومية
• القيام بأعمال وبرامج الصيانه الوقائية للمعدات الميكانيكيه المختلفه في المصنع
• القيام بتنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الميكانيكية الموكلة اليه بفعالية واختيار العدد المناسبه في العمل والمحافظة عليها.
• تنفيذ الاعمال الميكانيكية المبرمجة .
• القيام بفحص وتتبع أعطال المعدات وقراءة المخططات والكتالوجات الفنيه واقتراح طرق المعالجة المناسبه.
• التأكد من أن جميع المعدات تعمل بحالة جيدة من خلال إجراء جولات التفقد الميدانية وكتابة التقارير اللازمة.
• اعداد قوائم بقطع الغيار المناسبه للعمل.
• المحافظة على نظافة بيئة العمل ,والتقيد بأنظمة السلامة من خلال مراقبة تطبيق هذه الأنظمة اثناء إجراء عمليات الصيانة من خلال إجراء التفقد الدوري وكتابة تقارير الحوادث.
• الإلتزام بإستخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية في جميع مواقع العمل.
• التأكد من إنسجام عمليات الصيانة مع معايير الجودة والبيئة والسلامة والصحة المهنية من خلال تطبيق الأنظمة والسياسات الخاصة بالشركة واجراءات نظام الجودة العالمي.
• العمل بنظام الصباحي او الوريات وحسب متطلبات العمل التي يراها المسؤول المباشر.
• كتابة تقارير العمل اليومية والتغذية الراجعة على برامج الصيانة اليومية والوقائية .
• القيام بأية أعمال اخرى تتعلق بوظيفته والموكلة اليه من قبل المسؤول المباشر.
Be proficient and have an integrated knowledge in the rooms of cooling, freezing and rapid freezing
For food factories and maintenance, and has a complete knowledge in the system of compressors and systems of freezing and cooling
• Perform daily maintenance work
• Carrying out preventive maintenance works and programs for various mechanical equipment in the factory
• To carry out the mechanical maintenance work entrusted to him effectively and choose the appropriate number of work and maintain.
• Implementation of programmed mechanical works.
• Examine and track equipment breakdowns, read charts and technical catalogs, and suggest appropriate treatment methods.
• Ensure that all equipment works in good condition by conducting field inspection rounds and writing the necessary reports.
• Prepare lists of spare parts suitable for work.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work environment and comply with safety regulations by monitoring the application of these systems during the maintenance operations through the procedure of periodic inspection and writing of accident reports.
• Commitment to use personal protective equipment at all work sites.
• Ensure that the maintenance processes are consistent with the quality, environment, occupational safety and health standards through the application of the company's regulations and policies and the procedures of the international quality system.
• Operate in morning or night systems according to the work requirements of the direct supervisor.
• Writing daily work reports and feedback on daily and preventive maintenance programs.
• Perform any other work related to his job entrusted to him by the direct officer.
