Lead Pre-commissioning Engineer - Arkad
Must demonstrate strong commitment and provide team leadership for HSE aspects of the
pre-commissioning activities. Has primary responsibility for safety in design.
Technical performance and achievement of specifications; fit for purpose.
Provide full technical/engineering assistance to Management.
Lead, direct, and supervise pre-commissioning subcontractors and in-house team in technical and practical aspects. Site supervision as necessary.
A project managing role with strong technical and engineering skills; all aspects.
Review and technical approval of subcontracts and equipment/materials POs.
Develop and implement plans for technical personnel requirements in the institution of a
Company pre-commissioning organization.
Be commercially aware, working within the scope and budgets for approved programme.
Plan and execute programs for preparing all procedures, method statements, and schedule, to a best industry standards, with appropriate assurance. Gain Company and Client approvals for same.
Implement philosophies and detailed plans for Company equipment and service
requirements, and its procurement, and development, interfacing with commercial group to execute.
