KSA Sales Support Engineer - AlJammaz
• Follow up closely on the process with various branches and track figures in association with set targets.
• Set planned aggressive calls with sales staff to improve customer approach and build close relationship with the customers.
• Ensure establishing sound market commercial & retail forecast and applying of promotional program a sub-distribution plan.
• Assist product managers to have close monitoring of the progress in selling product diversity with branch managers & sales staff.
• Build confidence in sales staff by increasing the technical and sales abilities.
• Maintain brand image to the highest standard in the process of sales customer awareness through sales team providing training, loyalty & support program to ensure increasing market share.
• Assist in implementing marking plan and organizing rebate programs.
• Analyze sales report to be coherent with the progress followed and aimed in increasing efficiency, closing sales and determine areas needing support.
• Assist in staff evaluation and suggest needed changes and training programs.
• Additional related tasks as requested by the management.
• Position will be based in Riyadh and have traveling tasks to cover branches outside Riyadh.
